Whether or not he considers this a crisis, it's worth the serious attention of prominent journalists. The reports in today's NY Times, front page, about the Oklahoma Legislature passing a measure to make it the strictest abortion law in the U.S., prohibiting nearly all abortions starting at fertilization, should prompt mass protests with civil disobedience across the country: Oklahoma heralds what may be next if we don't voice strong opposition.
