So fun to revisit this little video about my spirituality which was made over 10 years ago, pre-kids, pre-Oakland, pre-Trump, pre-covid, pre-so-many-massive-transformations.
I really like reviewing Courtney’s awesome journey. This video is truly inspiring!
Are there any even further back, for instance, of Courtney’s riveting Slam Poetry performances in NYC over 20 years ago? In any event, I adore the concept of being unstuck in time! DD
I only recently discovered Valarie Kaur & am not surprised one bit by your proximity to each other. What a blessing to have a record of your spiritual truths. 💗
I'm currently reading Life Worth Living with a group of "friends through the years." And I'm seeing that unlike 18 year olds (who take this as an undergraduate course) who are trying to discern how to live their lives, I, at 75, am looking back to see the threads of how I've lived my life. What were my enduring values? Did I live them out daily, in ways large and small? It's been a fascinating process, so far!
So moved by this short video. DO you offer any wiring courses or even contract any work on writing? I am keen to elevate the new voices at the intersection of health, women and the climate crisis in Africa base don my 3 decades of work in this space. Can we connect? Liz. liz@tvf1.org. Im based in SF.
