Introducing: SOLVERS

Hi friends, check it out! I've been dreaming about doing something like this for a long time, and the right partners came into my life in that seemingly fated way they sometimes do. First and foremost, my co-host, the amazing Nguhi Mwaura, who you met last week, plus baddass producer Golda Arthur, The Skoll Foundation, and The Aspen Institute.

We take a nuanced, often critical, always joyful look at the philanthropic and social entrepreneurship sectors, organizing, activism, all of it. We talk about climate change, the medicines system, racial justice...all the intersecting biggies. Subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts.

Last week, Nguhi and I recorded a little launch video (that’s what you see above.) Yesterday, the first episode dropped: my interview with friend and genius Rodney Foxworth (who you’ve also met already!). He talks so beautifully about racial liberation, generational change, and even reads “Mother to Son” by Langston Hughes—a poem his own mother read to him growing up.
